1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
- For orders below ₹5,000, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.
- Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: up to 10 business days

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly during checkout. Nabbha.com is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability at delivery, we will attempt one reshipment after reconfirming the details. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos at info@nabhaimpex.com.
